The Trust

You will be working with a pioneering group, Nishkam School Trust, which is a flagship DfE Free School Trust, and the first multi-faith academy trust in the UK. Three of the four Nishkam Schools are rated Ofsted ‘Outstanding’. At the core of Nishkam education is the triple pursuit of nurturing a strong values-led approach to life, academic excellence and creating a community that supports children throughout their lives.

The current schools operated by Nishkam School Trust include:

  • Nishkam Nursery Birmingham (opened in 2009)
  • Nishkam Primary School Birmingham (opened in Sept 2011)
  • Nishkam High School Birmingham (opened in Sept 2012)
  • Nishkam School West London (all-through School opened in Sept 2013)
  • Nishkam Primary School Wolverhampton (opened in Sept 2014)


The Role

We are looking for a dynamic leader of learning and teaching to join our Trust Learning and Teaching Faculty and head up KS2 teaching and learning across our two primary schools in the West Midlands. The right candidate will have an outstanding record in learning and teaching, will have had experience of coaching, supporting and leading teachers and extensive experience of delivering CPD.
