NUMERACY LEAD PRACTITIONER (Permanent)
The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced Numeracy Lead Practitioner and the post offers a TLR. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified teacher of Mathematics to establish the importance of Numeracy across the curriculum and contribute to an excellent Mathematics Department. The successful candidate will teach across all key stages, whilst demonstrating their enthusiasm for this core subject. The post-holder will set high expectations for all pupils, to deepen their knowledge and understanding, maximising achievement in this subject and contribute to the further development of the department. Mathematics is a popular choice at A-Level.
Bellerive is a popular, successful and over-subscribed Catholic college for girls aged 11-18 years, with a mixed sixth form. Bellerive FCJ Catholic College was rated GOOD by Ofsted in October 2016. We were inspected by the Archdiocese of Liverpool under Section 48 of the Education Act in June 2017. The inspection report confirms that Bellerive remains an outstanding Catholic college in all regards.
