German language skills are essential. A genuine interest in Early Years education and experience working with young children are also essential.

About the Role

As one of our Nursery Assistants, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children feel happy, secure and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Working alongside our experienced educators, you'll help support children's daily routines, learning through play and wellbeing, while contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes our nurseries so special.

You'll:

• Support children in their daily routines, play and learning

• Help prepare engaging activities and learning environments

• Encourage children's communication and language development in German and English

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Help maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment

• Support children's independence, confidence and wellbeing

• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies at all times

• Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive team

We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

• Speak German confidently (essential)

• Have experience working with young children in a nursery, school or similar setting

• Have a genuine interest in building a career in Early Years education

• Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development through play

• Enjoy working outdoors and encouraging children's curiosity about the natural world

• Are caring, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable

• Value teamwork and enjoy contributing to a positive working environment

• Are committed to providing outstanding care and support for every child
