We are seeking to appoint an excellent Nursery practitioner to join our successful Early Years team from September 2023. As a creative and inspiring teacher, you will join a well-resourced, outstanding (Ofsted 2012) one form entry school committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone innovative and passionate about the EYFS to contribute to developing the provision in our oversubscribed, happy school with a strong family feel.

Situated within a 5 minute walk to Canada Water station on the Jubilee line and overlooking Southwark Park, we are well placed for inspiring trips with all London has to offer whilst enjoying spacious grounds including our own allotment.

We are passionate about standards, delivering high-quality teaching within a broad, rich curriculum. We have imaginative, creative and enthusiastic children with excellent behaviour for learning.

We are seeking a teacher who will:

·       Have QTS (ECTs welcome)

·       Be supportive of our Christian ethos

·       Have high expectations both of standards and of behaviour

·       Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and Birth to 5 Matters;

·       Provide opportunities for effective learning both indoors and outdoors;

·       Provide an engaging environment to facilitate learning in all areas of the EYFS

·       Effectively engage and motivate children;

·       Understand how best to develop individual pupils’ potential;

·       Be energetic and strongly self-motivated;

·       Be an effective communicator and team player;

·       Be very organised yet able to work flexibly.
