Part Time: 8.30am – 12.00pm

(17.5 hours) Term Time Only + 8 Days

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, high-quality Nursery Teacher to join our dedicated, motivated and committed team. 

Thorp Primary School

We are a ‘Good’ school with a one-form entry primary and nursery school positioned at the heart of our community. We are part of The Oak Trust which is a well-established multi academy trust within Oldham.

We are looking to appoint someone who has:

• Experience of leading a subject 

• Proven high standards of teaching and learning in Early Years practice but who is also eager to work as part of a team to improve their practice and help every child reach their full potential.

• An awareness of the new Early Years curriculum

• Vision, energy and enthusiasm for teaching and learning in Early Years

• Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills

• A passion for education and has the ability to inspire and motivate our children.

• To support children, of all abilities, through inclusive practice 

• Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
