At Redbridge Primary school we believe our children deserve the best and we are looking for an amazing nursery assistant to join our outstanding nursery team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play an important role in caring for the young children in our nursery. We are looking for someone who will be happy, excited and stimulated to come to work. 

Naturally for the position of Nursery Assistant, you will have at least an NVQ 2 or equivalent and a good working knowledge of the EYFS. If English is not your first language (and even if it is) we will want you to have a good grasp of the written and spoken language in order to communicate well with children, parents and staff as well as be able to write adequate observations and reports etc. What's more important, we will be looking for a genuine caring attitude from people with a desire to work with children who enjoy their interaction. You will also need to be a team player, able to take direction, yet also able to be self-motivated and work on your own initiative and contribute to the planning
