As Nursery Practitioner, you will provide high quality day care services and assist in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. 


As a member of the nursery’s team, you will promote a stimulating environment of play and encourage and support the social, emotional, cognitive and physical developments of the child. 


We’re looking for an individual who holds an NNEB or NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education and who can demonstrate experience of caring for children from 3 months to 5 years of age in a group setting. With good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, you will have knowledge of the social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs and development of children and be able to assess the specific needs of children aged between 3 months and 5 ears in a day care setting.


This position is based at Elmwood Nursery.

Carshalton College is a co-educational further education college based in Sutton. It is a non-denominational school.

The college has been an education provider for over 60 years. It is a major provider of full-time, part-time, apprenticeships, access, undergraduate and supported learning courses.
