Nursery Room Leader

We are looking for a skilled and qualified full time Room Leader with pre-school experience to work alongside our existing Pre-School Room Leader and EY teacher in a large pre-school room that accommodates up to 48 children each day.

As a pre-school Room Leader, you will:

• hold a minimum NVQ level 3 in childcare

• have an excellent understanding of the EYFS and child development 

• be able to plan for children's development 

• manage resources effectively

• have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Senior practitioner/Second in charge of a room in a childcare setting

• have a proven track record as a team leader
