Nursery School Principal

Green Hills Academy, a family of four schools on a large campus in Kigali is seeking an energetic and inspirational leader for its Nursery School. Green Hills Nursery enrolls some 400 students from ages 2 to 5 and includes a day care.
The school offers American curriculum in its English Language stream and combined American and French programs in its bilingual 50/50 program (40% of the students). The school is quite high performing and offers Early Reading Intervention as well as Rwandan cultural programs. It is a preferred choice for both Rwandan and international parents.    

Our Nursery is a warm and caring place where children grow and learn. We are looking for an experienced and nurturing early childhood educator who will move the school further down the road to excellence. A strong incumbent has led the school for 6 years and is re-locating overseas.

Green Hills Academy is the premier school of Rwanda and enrolls some 1,700 students. It is undergoing a major period of new investment and now features a new swimming pool as well as other great physical education facilities. Its student body comes from 55 different countries and it has an international staff.
The successful candidate will report to the Headmaster and lead a team of professionals and support staff.
