Location: The Link School (Primary and Satellite Site – 138 Croydon road, Beddington CR0 4PG and Mollison drive, Wallington, SM6 9JN)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (8.30hrs – 16.30hrs) 35 hours per week - 39 weeks per year (Term time only)

The Link School specialises in meeting the needs of 148 students from 4-18 with Speech, Language and Communication difficulties including autistic spectrum conditions and Pathological Demand Avoidance. Situated in the London Borough of Sutton all three sites are easily accessible by public transport and well placed to draw upon a wide range of leisure, recreational and educational facilities having easy access to Surrey and London.

The post holder will join an established team of Occupational Therapists, who are jointly responsible for providing a therapy service to the school. There is opportunity for a leading therapy role if the candidate has the right experience. The team works in partnership with teachers and support staff in our child centred classrooms.

We require a full- time therapist to work across our Primary and Satellite sites within a range of pathways including within our pathway for children with autism and pathological demand avoidance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking school with one of the only established sites in the country for children with this profile. This role will suit a candidate who is a confident child centred practitioner who enjoys finding therapy solutions within an inspiring team of parents and professionals.
