Job overview

We are looking to appoint and efficient and effective administrator to join our friendly office team.         

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive administrator to work as part of our administration team in our busy office environment.

This varied role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to learn all aspects within the department, developing their knowledge and skills.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role and should have good communication and organisational skills. Due to the nature of the post, they will need to be flexible in their work ethic and willing to help the rest of the team. Experience of working in a school office would be desirable but not essential.

The hours per week are 28 over 38.6 weeks per year. Your working pattern will be agreed with you on appointment but please ensure you would be available to work Monday to Friday between the school office opening hours of 8am-4pm. The salary is based on pay grade S3.

Reporting to the School Business Leader, this key appointment will ensure high standards of administration and support for the whole school community.
