Salary:  Scale 4 – 6 (£15,898 - £22,190) – Dependent on qualifications and experience

Contract: Term Time Only 

Start Date: Immediate start available for suitable candidates

The TBAP Multi-Academy Trust is an approved DfE Academy Sponsor providing alternative and special education to over 500 learners aged 5 to 19 years old who have social, mental, emotional and health needs. The Trust currently works across four London Boroughs, and Cambridgeshire.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a community of staff who are creating a high performing Trust which is positively changing the life chances for learners now and in the future. We are looking for a Business Support Professional who is committed to meeting the educational needs of some the most vulnerable learners. 

As the Business Support Professional, you will complement the professional work of teachers and learning support professionals by taking responsibility for administrative functions under an agreed system of supervision, supported by direction from the TBAP Business Manager and in line with TBAP policies and guidance. This involves reception duties, general administrative tasks, human resource management and finance management at Trust Academies and service delivery teams.

Olive AP Academy Cambridge 

Our alternative provision academy in Cambridge, supports young people from across the city and surrounding villages. There are up to 35 students aged between 11 and 16 on roll at the academy – students are placed in the academy for a period of intervention work following a permanent exclusion from a mainstream school. The academy joined Olive Academies multi-academy trust in May 2021.
