Grade 4 term time only – plus two days  

Salary:  Grade 4 (SCP 15 – 18) £17,972 - £18,870pa                                                  

Hours: 7.30am – 3.45pm Monday to Thursday                                                               7.30am – 3.15pm Friday     

Governors of The Marvell College are looking to appoint a person to join a team of committed, caring and enthusiastic staff who share the college philosophy that all students should have the opportunity to achieve.  The college is committed to appointing high quality staff and supports their development.  

We are seeking to appoint an Office Administrator with effect from 1st September 2018.  The successful applicant will have a strong proven track record in administration and at least two years’ experience in an administrative role would be desirable. The role also includes organising planned cover for staff and arranging last minute cover for sickness/lateness.  You must be able to produce a wide range of documents using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.  The person appointed must have high work standards, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

This role requires the applicant to start work at: 7:30am.
