Job type: Full Time (35 hours per week), All Year Round, Permanent 

Salary: NJC scale 9 - 11 FTE £25,391 – £26,856 (inclusive of London Weighting), depending upon qualifications and experience.

We have a vacancy for an energetic and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Integrated Student Services Department (ISS).   The ISS Team provides comprehensive, effective and efficient support for students and staff and you will share responsibility for a wide range of general office tasks.  The ISS office is the first point of contact for visitors and for enquiries via e-mail and telephone. 

You will be experienced in working within a busy office environment, providing a high quality service.  You should have the ability to word process accurately and be confident in the use of Microsoft Office Suite packages. You will have excellent written and oral communications skills, be numerate and able to work efficiently and accurately with initiative. Education based experience would be an advantage but is not a necessity.
