The Office and Attendance Manager will lead on a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, to provide support to children, staff, parents and leading on the daily office organisation and general administrative activities.


The ideal candidate should: 

 have experience of working in schools as an office manager

 have knowledge of SIMS and Parent Pay

 have excellent IT and computing skills, including excel, word and outlook

 be able to process data/information quickly and accurately 

 have a professional manner. Proactive and organised

 be enthusiastic, friendly, patient and meticulous approach

 have a willingness to learn and follow instructions 

 be flexible and adaptable 

 be able to communicate effectively whether in person or by other media 

 contribute to the wider life of the school 

 demonstrate good teamwork and a commitment to the school’s values and mission statement
