We are seeking an inspirational, passionate, and experienced candidate to the role of Office and Business Manager.
This vital role will offer the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders across UMS in an environment that is committed to serving God through UMS’s mission. The post holder will be dedicated to creating effective systems and excellent leadership in UMS. They will work with a diligent team of Governors and staff who are committed to serving their students and communities well.
Please note that we have an occupational requirement that all candidates are committed Christians who are actively engaged in their local Church.

We are an Independent School that helps students aged 11-16 who find themselves at a crisis point in their educational experience due to displaying behaviour that is often communicating a deeper underlying need. The school seeks to address the individual social, emotional and learning needs of young people. Our aim is to re-engage young people with learning helping them develop a value and love for it in its own right – to ‘learn how to learn’.
