Are you an efficient administrator looking for a term time role where you can support the children in our wonderful school.

We have an opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator to join our friendly, welcoming and busy team.

The successful candidate will work within the administration team to support the teaching team and enable them to achieve the highest standards of learning and achievement.

The successful candidate must:

• have strong literacy skills and be an excellent communicator.
• have good organisational skills and the ability to remain calm when juggling priorities.
• be able to demonstrate good IT skills in a range of software including Microsoft Office and school database packages such as SIMS.
• be a flexible and positive team player with a good sense of humour.

The role is part of a job share that enables our school office to be supervised from 8.15am - 4pm Monday to Friday. At present the job share is for 2 1/2 days per week but there may be some flexibility over hours of work by agreement with the current post holder.  Hours of work will be therefore approx 18 per week.
