Working Pattern: Term Time only plus one additional week to be agreed with the Principal. (37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year)  Working hours:  

Full-time but may be negotiable for the right candidate..

An opportunity has arisen for a friendly, efficient and welcoming Office Manager / PA to join Oasis Academy Putney in August 2017. Working term-time only, you will provide a professional front-of-house welcome for children, parents and visitors and be able to multi-task with a smile. Experience of working in a school environment is particularly welcome. You will form part of our hard-working but collegial and collaborative administration team. 

With the Common virtually on the doorstep, Oasis Academy Putney is located in a beautiful purpose-built building that offers our young children a wonderful space where they can thrive in a friendly, dynamic and supportive environment.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic individual to organise and supervise the effective provision of administrative support services to the academy, and to act as PA to our Executive Principal.  You will report on a day to day basis to the Assistant Principal. 

You will be responsible for delivering mutually agreed key performance indicators, administration of Schools Management Information System, Supervision and co-ordination of the office team and timely completion of statistical information

Our Ideal Candidate will: 

  • Be educated to A level or above Have experience in office management
  • Have experience of supervising a small team 
  • Possess superior organisational skills 
  • Have a proven ability to work to deadlines 
  • Be a confident communicator both in written and verbal English and 
  • Have knowledge of CMIS and Single Central Records.
