Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a proactive and efficient Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the school reception/office. Main responsibilities will include H.R and Safeguarding as well as providing administrative support to the head teacher (please see the job description and person specification attached).
Hours: 36 hours per week (8.15 - 4.30pm) 39 weeks per year plus 2 additional weeks
SO1 Point (lowest point on SO1)
The successful candidate will:
- show and model integrity in their communication with all stakeholders;
- set high expectations of conduct, whilst acting as a good role model for others;
- ensure that output and quality of work is of a high standard.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an education setting;
- experience of working with SIMS and IT packages;
- the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
