We are seeking to appoint an Office Manager to lead the school administration team. The successful candidate will need to be an organised and professional person who is able to work to tight deadlines, and who can prioritise their workload whilst delegating effectively.  The candidate will need to be able to manage several projects simultaneously whilst leading an extremely busy administration team.  


Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) is essential and the ideal candidate would benefit from previous experience in HR processes.  A working knowledge of the finance processes within a school would be an advantage, and an ability to negotiate with external providers is essential.


This position plays a vital role in promoting the school to the wider community, whilst supporting the leadership team. Effective communication to all stakeholders is vital.
