 (88.10%FTE – 37 hours per week, term time plus two weeks)

We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly organised, resilient, and self-motivated individual to join the school as our Office Manager.

The post holder is accountable to the School Business Manager and is responsible for all administrative processes, HR provision within the school, assisting with the planning and development of support services, and overseeing the school office / reception.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Substantial knowledge and experience of HR processes

• Experience of working in an office environment at a senior level 

• Experience of leading, managing and motivating teams

• Experience of developing, managing and operating administrative systems


A Business Administration or HR related qualification is desirable but not essential.
