About the role: Strood Academy have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Support Administrator to join us for the new academic year commencing September 2018.  Our successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills whilst managing a variety of tasks, will have first-rate experience of minute taking and be a team player.  Working closely with a variety of internal and external contacts including our Associate Principal, Executive PA, wider Senior Leadership Team and all other office staff, Faculty Assistants and Pastoral Managers, good communication skills are essential for this role.  

This is a demanding and varied position for someone who is self-motivated and an excellent communicator.  We invite suitably experienced and interested applicants to consult the Job Description and Person Specification for further information by clicking here.  The working basis for this role is Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm throughout the full year, offering 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, and the remuneration offered is commensurate with experience (between £21,693 - £25,463 starting salary per annum).  Our successful candidate will join us as early as possible in September 2018.

We opened in September 2012 and have outstanding learning environments and outside areas as well as fantastic sports facilities. The buildings reflect our education vision of creating a mature and purposeful educational environment where children of all abilities can learn and thrive.
