One EBP works across central and west London, in the three boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. The Partnership creates opportunities that inform young people about the world of business and enterprise; it delivers experiences that inspire them to consider new ideas and be ambitious about their future.
One EBP is small but ambitious. It works with 30 secondary schools and colleges and over 3,000 businesses reflecting the diversity, vibrancy and opportunity within the London economy. Our high profile business partners include Land Securities, Crossrail, Somerset House, The National Portrait Gallery, L’Oreal, PwC, in addition to micro, small and medium sized enterprises. In 2017 we oversaw 2,500 work experience placements and over 4,000 students took part in work-related learning activities supported by 300 business volunteers.
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated manager to realise our growth plan, increasing the number of business partnerships and schools we work with, particularly in the primary sector.
You will take the strategic lead for i) generating new business, ii) new product development and iii) strengthening and developing internal and external partnerships.
The successful candidate will manage two new Project Officers: one Project Officer will lead development of Work Experience programme, while the other will lead development of Work-related Learning, including enterprise and apprenticeships.
This is a traded service hosted by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and you will be responsible for meeting income generation targets and controlling costs.
This role is subject to satisfactory references, a satisfactory DBS check, and a probationary period
