We are now looking to recruit two experienced and enthusiastic One-to-one and Mobility Support Assistants (41hrs per week, term time only). You’ll work with the leader of enhanced provision and class teachers to ensure pupils with a physical and/or educational health care plan are able to access the learning.
The ideal candidates will:
- Experience of working with children with a physical disability within a learning environment
- Helpful, positive, calm and caring nature
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student
- Commitment to working in partnership with children/young people and their families to promote optimum health outcomes.
