REQUIRES Online Dance Instructor.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Certification thru an organization such as the Royal Academy of Dance, Ceccheti Society, Vagavona, CDTA, ADAPT, Acrobatic Arts or similar training, experience.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years as dance instructor, teaching and handling groups of multiple ages
- Has an understanding of basic anatomy and muscle function
- Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Practice and rehearse dance routines under direction or instruction to achieve desired interpretation and presentation
- Teach dance technique and artistic interpretation to amateur and advanced individuals and groups
- Classical ballet, Jazz, Modern ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Hip-hop, Acro, Musical theatre (expertise in at least 2 dance forms)
- Organizing class plans and keeping records of student development
- Uploading music, lessons and video to different studio software development
- Creating unique and interesting choreography that is both age and developmentally appropriate
- Cutting and editing music files
- Handing out messages and marketing material to students and parents
Salary would be decided on the basis of qualification, experience and personal Skype interview.
