REQUIRES   Online Dance Instructor. 

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Certification thru an organization such as the Royal Academy of Dance, Ceccheti Society, Vagavona, CDTA, ADAPT, Acrobatic Arts or similar training, experience.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years as dance instructor, teaching and handling groups of multiple ages

  • Has an understanding of basic anatomy and muscle function
  • Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Practice and rehearse dance routines under direction or instruction to achieve desired interpretation and presentation
  • Teach dance technique and artistic interpretation to amateur and advanced individuals and groups
  • Classical ballet, Jazz, Modern ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Hip-hop, Acro, Musical theatre (expertise in at least 2 dance forms)
  • Organizing class plans and keeping records of student development
  • Uploading music, lessons and video to different studio software development
  • Creating unique and interesting choreography that is both age and developmentally appropriate 
  • Cutting and editing music files
  • Handing out messages and marketing material to students and parents

Salary would be decided on the basis of qualification, experience and personal Skype interview.

Neerja Modi School is a mixed gender, non-sectarian, mainstream, all-through, independent day school located in Jaipur, Republic of India. It is open to students seeking schooling from kindergarted through to grade 12. The school, which was founded in April 2001, serves 2550 students and has a teaching staff of 300.
