Operations Director
25 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Salary range  £32,010 - £35,318
(based on  £54,250-£59,857 FTE pro rata)

This is a rare opportunity for a senior manager, with significant experience of finance, governance and human resources, to provide strategic leadership for the operation of our Multi Academy Trust of four schools in East Cambridgeshire. 

You will share our vision to provide outstanding learning and care for children, aged 2 to 16, and bring secure management of the operational services the Trust provides for its schools.  Working closely with the Board and the Executive Headteacher, you will implement effective strategies to strengthen our current work and work creatively to identify and realise new opportunities for the Trust to expand its success.
