The Governors seek to appoint a highly skilled Operations Manager with the drive and ability to oversee the effective delivery of the PFI contract through their on-site premises team. The postholder will be expected to support the Director of Finance and Resources and lead on Health and Safety issues and risk assessments around the school.
The qualified candidate should be a proven team player who is resilient and confident in decision making. The individual must be innovative, able to work under pressure, possess an eye for detail and be able to motivate others. This position deals with a wide variety of people and therefore requires sound communication skills, strong organisation and interpersonal skills as well as possessing a familiarity with school policies and procedures.
