Badminton School is looking to appoint an outstanding Operations Manager for our thriving day and boarding School. The successful applicant will be a strong leader who will have the ability to enhance the lettings and commercial activity for the School, ensure event planning and execution is carried out to a exemplary standard and is able to communicate a passion for maintaining and improving the current catering provision.
The successful applicant will be an excellent manager of people and will have the analytic skills to be able to review, develop and improve the existing systems and processes. He or she will be able to communicate clearly with staff at all levels.
Badminton is a thriving day and boarding school and a willingness to contribute to the pastoral and extracurricular life of the girls in our care is essential.
