Job overview
The Governors of St Matthew’s RC High School seek to appoint a dynamic and exceptional Operations Manager to join our wonderful school.
Purpose of post:
To provide robust organisational management skills to support the school to deliver high quality teaching and learning.
To plan for and provide the most suitable premises to promote the optimum learning environment for both students and staff.
To report to the Senior Leadership Team, and the Local Governing Body, attending meetings as required.
In consultation with the Headteacher, and the Senior finance lead, draw up the school’s business plan, including its long-term strategy for future development.
