Job overview

We are seeking a full-time (37 hours per week) Operations Manager for our welcoming and ambitious one-form entry school.  The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of school administration, estate management, H&S and HR administration.  In addition the Operations Manager will support our Regional Head of Finance in a range of financial tasks.  

This role is integral in ensuring the smooth running of the school, and previous experience of managing an administrative department and/or section is essential, alongside a working knowledge of H&S and facilities management.  In return we can offer a positive and supportive working environment and exceptional benefits.
