Out of School Manager, Gorsey Bank Primary School

Salary: Scale 5 from £21,074 - £23,111 per annum

Actual salary £10618 - £11649 pro rata

Hours: 22 per week, term time only (with additional hours available for Holiday Club)

Shifts are 3.00pm – 6.30pm (6.00pm on Fridays) with the additional 5 hours being agreed across the week.  

We are looking for a talented Out of School Manager to oversee our busy breakfast club and afterschool club at Gorsey Bank Primary School. The role will oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and care centred service that meets the needs of our children and their families. If you are able to ensure play is central to the service and be responsible for the day to day organisation and operation of the out of school services and quality assure the delivery, then we would welcome your application.  

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 in playwork or a relevant equivalent qualification. They will also have a minimum 3 years’ experience in delivering a play based service for 4 – 11 year olds. Preferably candidates will have experience of leading such a setting. 

You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a caring and stimulating play environment for all of our children with a warm and welcoming family atmosphere for parents and carers.
