Outdoor Activities Qualified Instructor

Required for September 2016, a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Activities qualified instructor who has the ability to enthuse, inspire and lead. The position is one of a team of three which consists of the Head of Outdoor Activities (OA) and the OA Graduate Assistant in addition to this post.

The successful candidate will either be an outstanding practitioner, or will demonstrate the potential to become one. He or she will have the ability to inspire pupils in the field and in theory sessions, and will be driven to ensure a very high quality of learning. He or she will also be fully conversant with the use of ICT as a tool to enhance communication and administration, and may aspire to take on further academic responsibility as the opportunity arises. The role includes a number of weekend trips and trips in the school holidays.
