We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, child-centred instructor to work at our new SEN school. We offer class sizes of 6 or less, a real focus on relationships, classroom craft and a great outcomes. The outdoor education provision will be well funded

Stone Lodge Therapeutic School is a new independent SEN school for children aged 11-17 near Kettering. You will be expected to deliver an outdoor learning curriculum to pupils with SEMH and high functioning ASD. This may include Duke of Edinburgh award.

Special school experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn is. Full training will be given and the school will be very supportive of ambitious staff who wish to progress.
