We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, child-centred outreach staff to work at our new SEN school. We offer high quality training and support, a real focus on relationships, pupil need and a great outcomes.
Stone Lodge Therapeutic School is a new independent SEN school for children aged 11-17 near Kettering. We strongly believe that by going the extra mile we can transform the lives of vulnerable young people and give them the future they deserve. You will be expected to work 1 2 1 with children, supporting them in alternative providers and outdoor education. You will also provide tutoring in English and maths with work provided by teachers. There will also be the opportunity liaise with social workers and represent the school at professional meetings.
Your guidance, support and care for them will be instrumental in helping them thrive.
Special school experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn is. Full training will be given and the school will be very supportive of ambitious staff who wish to progress.
