Job overview

Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) is the largest Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the country, with an annual budget in the region of £230 million and almost 6000 employees.  The Trust supports a national network of 64 primary, special and secondary academies and educates around 30,000 children across England.

In November 2017 we welcomed our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as a result of re-defining roles we need to appoint into the new role of PA to the CFO and Operations Team.

You will provide high level PA support firstly to the CFO as well as working closely with the finance team across the Trust providing admin support as and when required.

The role will be based in our new ‘central’ hub at Euston which we moved into in August this year. This has provided us with opportunities to work even more closely with colleagues right across the Trust through training and digital spaces to name but a few.

No two days will be the same in this role and you will engage your rigorous organisational and administrative skills to the full, responding to ever-changing priorities and ad hoc tasks in a positive and people focused way.

You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, previous experience in a similar role, be highly motivated, full of initiative, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure. The ability to work as part of a team and relate well and build positive relationships with staff and key stakeholders is essential.

This is a very exciting time for Academies Enterprise Trust and we hope you will join us on our journey.

For an informal chat about the role please contact Ramani (Executive Assistant to the CEO) at  rgnanasambanthan@academiesenterprisetrust.org

The position is due to commence as soon as possible.  Interviews will take place as soon as possible after the closing date.

Closing date: Monday 20 November 2017

All candidates are advised to refer to the job description and person specification before making an application.
