35 hours per week, 8am to 4pm (maybe subject to occasional change) • Term time only + 5 training days + 2 weeks (to be worked during the school holidays)


We wish to appoint to this 11-19 multi-cultural school a highly motivated, ambitious and dynamic Personal Assistant to the Executive Headteacher. The successful applicant will be expected to multi-task, providing full administrative support to the Executive Headteacher, Governors and Board of Directors.

They will have experience working in a busy environment and working to high standards. You will be the first point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team and will be required to manage diaries, administer meetings, prepare papers, take minutes, format documents and have the ability to handle many projects at the same time.

Experience of working in a confidential environment is paramount to this role due to the many & varied matters dealt with on a daily, weekly & monthly basis. The successful applicant will have excellent inter-personal skills, be competent at using Microsoft Office suite of applications and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times.
