Job overview
Poltair School is seeking to appoint an experienced and organised individual to provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers. They will also liaise closely with the school support teams in respect to the wider school operation, as well as directly with the Multi Academy Trust Central Team (Cornwall Education Learning Trust) on matters including HR, Safeguarding and Governance. The role will also have supervisory responsibilities.
The successful candidate will bring knowledge, assuredness and pro-activeness to carry out the duties expected in this varied role. It requires a high level of planning and organisational skill as well as attention to detail. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team of experienced and dedicated staff in the support of the leadership team.
