This is an exciting time to join Foxford Community School now that we are part of Castle Phoenix Trust. We are seeking to appoint a motivated, committed and highly organised person to work in our busy and supportive team, bringing with them a proven track record of providing a comprehensive and confidential PA and administrative service.  The successful candidate will play a key role to provide a wide range of support in the day to day running of the school and, on occasion, aspects of the Trust, supporting other leaders in the school and the Trust.

This opportunity will provide valuable experience in a forward thinking setting whereby you will put your strong admin skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional and friendly environment.  Students are at the heart of all that we do.  We endeavour for our students to achieve the best possible outcomes for them so that they excel in their journey through life, as lifelong, independent learners.

We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, flexible and professional attitude, the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.   You will be committed to the Trust’s working values including Respect To All From All, Resilience and Determination to Achieve our Best and Innovation and Collaboration as these are some of the foundations that underpin what our Trust offers.

Full Time, All Year Round or Full time, Term time only plus 3 weeks including teacher training days.  8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00 am to 3.30 pm Friday.

Headteacher - Alison Gallagher

Foxford Community School joined the Castle Phoenix Trust in October 2018, who are committed to supporting the vision and values of the new headteacher. Foxford is a co-educational maintained secondary school situated in Longford, Coventry. The school is for students aged 11-18 and features a sixth form with capacity for 200 students.

The new headteacher started at Foxford in October 2020 including new recruits to her leadership team. They are passionate about ensuring all students have a good education. At Foxford we are extremely proud of our school and our students which study here. Students develop into confident young adults who are committed to preparing for their future career and study choices. Foxford is an inclusive school that focuses on the serious business of achievement for all students. The leadership team and staff have very high expectations for all students in terms of behaviour, progress and outcomes. Foxford  nurtures respect, responsibility, reflectiveness and collaboration.
