36 hrs per week Monday – Friday, term time + 5 INSET days and 3 further weeks during the school holidays = 42 weeks per annum)

APT&C Grade SO1/SO2 (scale points 21 – 28) 

£28,725 - £33,291 per annum (Full time equivalent)

£26,339 - £30,526 (actual) 

Hours: 08.15 – 16.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday (with 30 minutes’ unpaid lunch break each day)

Job share would be considered but would have to be for either 2 or 3 full days per week.

We are seeking an experienced, professional PA to work closely with the Headteacher to provide excellent organisational and administrative support in managing the day-to-day running of the school. Experience of working in a school environment is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be confident in their approach and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail. The role will require flexibility and use of initiative to provide a key support function to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, often within tight timescales, in a fast-paced environment.

Overton Grange is a popular comprehensive school, with over 1250 students on roll, including around 200 in the Sixth Form.  It has enjoyed consistent academic success and was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2019.
