Personal Assistant to the Principal of the Prep School (full-time)

Fixed-term appointment 5 June 2017 until 6 July 2018. (Potential to become a permanent post). 

We are a lively, energetic co-educational preparatory school situated on the Mall in Hammersmith. Our school has about 160 pupils and we share our facilities with the Upper School; the two schools have excellent sports, theatre and dining facilities.

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Personal Assistant to join the staff and support our Principal with correspondence and administrative tasks, as well as taking ownership of the 7+ admissions process.

Candidates will need excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and will have a proactive and professional manner. You must be able to work with discretion and recognise the need for confidentiality. 

This post would suit a friendly individual who is educated to degree level and is fully competent in Microsoft Office. Experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential

Salary will depend upon experience.
