Job overview

Lancing College is seeking to recruit a PA/Secretary to the Bursar. This is a full time position, working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with one hour unpaid lunch break, but some flexibility is required. 

The ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated person, able to work unsupervised, with a highly organised and methodical approach to work. Have the ability to deal effectively with confidential and sensitive information. Will be required to have excellent time management, with strong administration, telephone and interpersonal communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels. 

We welcome applications from candidates who have proven experience of working at senior management level, with relevant professional experience. Some knowledge of, and empathy with, the independent school sector would be advantageous but not essential.
