Executive Personal Assistant Overview
This exciting opportunity is a new role, created to support the Executive and some administrative functions of the central team.
Education for the 21st Century is looking to recruit an Executive Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer with an ability to offer skills across the Executive Team. The post holder will support, organise and manage administration, support systems and other activities that enable the effective running of the Trust overall. This role is for ambitious applicants who want to understand the inner mechanics of how a MAT is organised, with the drive to progress and develop as we grow. The role will allow the post holder to develop their skills across the Executive Team and experience MAT areas including Finance, HR and Governance.
The successful applicant will also have access to government officials at the DfE and the ESFA as well as local MPs and dignitaries. This is an exciting post for an ambitious individual who wants to develop a multi-dimensional skill set.
Location: The role can be predominantly based in Bromley but with the expectation of some travel between Trust locations to support academies as required
Terms 52 weeks per year, full time and initially for 8 months until August 31st. The opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent role will be consider before April 2020
