Packwood Haugh are seeking an efficient, flexible and organised individual to provide professional PA/secretarial support to the Headmaster.  Acting as the first line of contact for him, managing his diary, maintaining administrative systems as well as general secretarial and administrative duties.

This role would suit someone who is able to work independently, who is enthusiastic and highly adaptable.  You will bring a wealth of previous experience from a previous secretarial or PA role.  You must have an excellent telephone manner together with first class interpersonal skills with strong front of house and customer service skills.  You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office packages and be used to working with bespoke databases.
