Job overview

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic PA and Office Manager to provide a comprehensive, professional and confidential service to the Principal and oversee and manage the administrative team. The person must be well organised, meticulous and able to work under pressure while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and a good sense of humour.

This is a varied and challenging role that would suit someone who is not only passionate about working within education, but is a great communicator, has a proactive attitude and is able to demonstrate care, diplomacy, professionalism and courtesy.

Hayes School is a mixed, non-denominational academy secondary school and sixth form for pupils aged 11-18. It is located in Bromley, Kent, and has about 1700 pupils.
