The Role
Join our team of graduate parateachers, working at The Nuneaton Academy and earn whilst you learn. As a parateacher you will be supported to hit the ground running gaining immediate experience of working with young people and building a portfolio of evidence to secure career progression. Our parateachers benefit from a structure programme of support and professional development, designed to rapidly build skills and confidence in the role. Many choose to become a qualified teacher through our Schools Direct Alliance, working in partnership with the University of Warwick.

We are looking for people with a passion for their subject, a desire to learn new skills and the enthusiasm to support young people in achieving their potential.
