Job overview
This varied position includes a range of tasks including reception cover, reprographics, and support for the External Communications department. Experience of working in a school or similar busy front-facing environment would be beneficial. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential and an experience of using MIS or other databases is very desirable.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and written English. They will be adaptable and able to multi-task, to cope with the requirements of the position. They will have a polite, friendly disposition but will understand the importance of both confidentiality and safeguarding.
This is a permanent part-time, term-time only position: 9am - 1pm Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4pm Friday

Interviews will take place at Edgbaston High School for Girls during the week beginning Monday 10th March.
Successful candidates will be invited to a formal interview and will be asked to do an administrative task. There will also be an opportunity to tour the School on the day.
