£10,051 to £10,512 actual salary (per annum) Stockport campus
An opportunity exists for a Customer Services Assistant to join the Trafford College Group and play a role in realising our vision of being a dynamic career college. We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Assistant to provide a high quality service and support to internal and external customers.
You will provide a range of services, including ‘front of house’ reception duties, student enrolment, assessing enrolment and tuition fees and monitoring student attendance. The position is for 21.5 hours per week and we would ideally prefer the successful candidate to work Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday, however this is negotiable.
You must have previous experience of working in a busy customer orientated environment, dealing with a range of customer enquiries of a complex and in-depth nature including experience of assessing customer information, including personal financial information and qualifications.
