Required for September 2017: Part Time French Teacher

A professional and inspirational French Teacher is required for September 2017, five afternoons a week ideally 1pm to 5pm. All applications from enthusiastic, committed teachers with relevant teaching qualifications and previous experience are welcomed. The chosen candidate will join a cohesive and talented team in a happy and thriving Girls’ School in Putney. 

The successful candidate is likely to have the following qualifications and experience:

· A good graduate level qualification, QTS and further french qualifications

· Evidence of a commitment to their professional development particularly in the French Language

· Be an outstanding classroom practitioner

· Enjoy working with and as part of a team

· Strong evidence of ICT confidence in and out of the classrom

The successful candidate is likely to have the following personal qualities:

· Excellent planning, administration and time management skills

· The ability to work to deadlines

· First class written, oral and presentational skills

· A confident and outgoing personality that will be able to maintain the support of colleagues, parents and pupils

· Be able to take the initiative and able to take an idea and develop solutions

· Have a good sense of humour and be flexible and adaptable

The Falcons Schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including an Enhanced DBS check.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary commensurate to years of experience, as relates to the Alpha Plus Teachers Pay Scale.
