Part Time HR Administrator

We are looking to appoint two exceptional individuals to join our HR team at Ivybridge Community College. 

Our HR Administrators will undertake a full range of contractual administrative and payroll/pension-related tasks and will work alongside the HR Advisor assisting with employee queries, maintaining and updating employee records/documents and databases.

The post holders must have knowledge of a range of HR administration, payroll and/or pensions practices and procedures acquired through relevant training and/or experience.

We are looking to appoint two part time HR Administrators, please indicate on your application whether you wish to be considered for one role or both roles. 

One post is 22.5 hours per week, across 40 weeks per year. The second post is 22.5 hours per week, across 52 weeks per year. Hours will be usually worked across 3 days per week. 

The working hours for these post are across 3 days 08.30am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday, and 08.30am-4.30pm on Friday (with an hour for lunch).
