Working Hours: 1 full day on a Thursday plus 20 hours Prgramme Leader
Start Date: January 2018

We are currently looking for a Lecturer in Early Years on our HE Programme, to enhance and work in our well-developed Higher Education department.

This is a small team but due to ever increasing demands the department is growing.

You must be student focused and be able to deliver to a high standard as teaching, learning and assessment is key and at the heart of everything we do.

You will require knowledge of the Early Years sector including areas around safeguarding, play and learning, communication, reflective practice and management skills.

This position is for one full day on a Tuesday plus a small amount of observational visits to students in their current setting. This role also has 20 hours remission for Programme Leader tasks.

It is essential that you have a subject related qualification at Level 5 or above, along with an appropriate teaching qualification.

English and Maths is also required at Level 2.

Please note an enhanced DBS will be required for this role. The successful candidate is required to meet the payment of this DBS check which is currently £44.
